brining family

I have an appointment for interview to become a citizen. I want

to apply for my Mother. Can I apply now for my mother before I

receive my citizenship certificate?

Once you have the Certificate of Citizenship you can apply for your Mother to get the green card immediately. If your Mother is in the U.S. she can file for an Adjustment of Status simultaneously with the Petition.

No, you cannot apply for her BEFORE you obtain your naturalization certificate. I think I provided you with some steps in prior post.

I think I may have just answered another one of your questions. You cannot file before you are a citizen, but you can have everything prepared to do so as soon as you have your naturalization certificate.
