Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Minnesota

juvenile drivers license

my son has had 3 minors and burgery charge. he has spent 3 months in a correction school now his probation officer says she is going to take away his license or only let him drive to work. he has 30 dys to get a job, what if he can't find one. his father does not have a license so would have to do all the driving, i have a full time job. what am i suppose to do quit my job. i think he paid his price. i have never heard of anything like this before, it's unfair. no driving tickets. what would be a good argument for the judge. thank you. please help.

If the courts were fair all the time, I'd be out of a job. As far as I know, the word "fair" does not appear anywhere in the constitution, and it rarely appears in our laws.

I suggest that you completely give up on the idea that any thing or any body is going be fair. It has been my observation that folks who use that "f" word tend to be whiners; or at least the use of the word creates the impression that the person using it is whining.

Do what you can to make it better, but forget fair.
