Can an employer ask what you are using your PTO for?

Hello. I would want to ask you several more questions prior to providing you with specific legal advice for the circumstances you face; your post raises questions. In general, an employer may ask a question so long as such a question is not prohibited by law. At times, the employee handbook or other written employee guidelines may be relevant to the issue at hand. Some attorneys, myself included, are available seven days for emergency legal needs.
