Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

Fired for Harassment Claims

I had reported on-going harassment to my employer several times. He stated that there was nothing that he could do about the harassment. I persisted with my complaints and he never made any effort to investigate them and simply told me that he didn't believe my claims.

I complained a final time at which point I was told that I was fired. He told me that the reason he was firing me was because of my persistent claims of harassment.

Do I have a case?

What kind of "harassment"? Have you filed for Unemployment? Have you decided to work elsewhere?
