non compete agreement
If a non compete agreement was signed with a company and the company is now dissolving and starting a new company under a new name, does the non compete apply any longer if you decide not to work for the new company?

I would need to see the agreement to determine if it applies to sucessors and assignee employers.
This is a complex area, and I have 25 years of business litigation experience, including litigating non-compete issues.
