Legal Question in Employment Law in Minnesota

Results of a drug test

I got injured at work and had to take a drug test. The test came back positive. my workman's comp claim was denied, which I understand. However I would like to know the actual results of the test as I know the amounts could not have been that great. Iam wondering if I am entitled to a copy of the test , and how do I go about getting one if I am entitled

Re: Results of a drug test

One thing I want to let you know is that your workers compensation claim is not necessarily over. The employer has the burden to show the drugs caused the injury.

I believe you also have the right to the test results. However, another lawyer in my firm handles employment law issues.

I suggest you pursue your workers compensation claim.
