what is the statue of limitiations for wrongful termination for Texas, my employer was headquartered in Milwaukee, what are their statues on wrongful termination?

There is no such thing as "wrongful termination" in Texas. There are a variety of time requirements with respect to termination based on discrimination and other actionable bases, varying from actions that have to be taken within 30 days and up to four years unless otherwise extended by circumstances recognized at law. Although your question seems simple, the answer depends on the potential basis for any suit.
