union aribritrations

I have called as a witness to a aribritration hearing. Am I required to attend this hearing, or do I have the right to not attend?

How were you "CALLED"? If not by Subpoena you have no obligation to attend. The Subpoena would be required to be personally SERVED on you with Mileage and Witness Fees. Failure to comply with a Subpoena could put you in hot water.
