Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota

I moved into my house Jan 11th and my landlord has threatens to kick me out twice without giving me a legit reason he said the first time it was marijuana substance found on my property I took him to court and he settled allowing me to go on a month to month lease and sent me a letter terminating my lease I have no where to go I keep telling him. He requested that I leave April 30th at noon. Yet has not said why I need to know do I pay my rent today I'm not leaving please help

If you don't pay your rent, you are subject to eviction ( Unlawful Detainer). He would have to go to Court to enforce that.

If you have defenses, you could request a trial, AFTER you pay rent into Court.

If you are being harassed or unlawfully threatened by your LL, I would write a letter setting out your rights and claims.
