Rental agreements
I am currently renting a house from another party. My ex-boyfriend is also living here. My name is the only name on the lease, legelly how much of a notice (if any) do I need to give him to get out? He also brought another girl here, do I have the right to ask her to leave? He did pay rent for this month, but as I stated before my name is the only one on the lease and I am the only one in touch with the landlords. I contacted the local police department, but the only handle criminal matters.
