tummy tuck disaster
6 months ago I had a tummy tuck. During 3 seperate pre-surgical consults with my Dr he assured me that the location of the incision would be from hip to hip in a low horizontal position. He also assured me that he would remove my old c-section scar that ran vertically. I made it clear to him that the placement of the tummy tuck incision and the removal of the old scar were very, very important to me. I ended up with an incision that runs hip to hip as promised, but instead of it angling down in a low horizontal position, it angles upward toward my naval and is just 2 inches below the naval. As a result, I know have pubic hair growing up 2 inches below the naval! In addition, the old c-section scar that he promised would be gone is still 80% visable. I am devestated by the results of this Dr's work.
#1...what action can I take?
#2...can I legally tape record my next office visit with him without his knowledge?
