Legal Question in Personal Injury in Minnesota

Is it ok for a client to ask for expense list

Is it ok for a client to ask for itemized expenses? Then is it ok to question these expenses. We are being charged $10K for interest, private jet fees and other fees we don't agree with. Please advise on what we is legally exceptable. This is actually a wrongful death suit, expenses are now over $250K

Absolutely - it is appropriate to question fees including expenses incurred. I would ask for an itemized statement and documentation regarding the costs.
