Legal Question in Personal Injury in Minnesota

a Fall

I tripped on an uneven sidewalk in front of a convienice store. I went to the hospital because it looked like my arm was broken. The company is agreeing to pay my medical bills but have sent me a letter stating that the sidewalk was not harmful or in defective condition that there was only a very small height difference that they felt was easily visible. I sustained a major contusion and lots some time from work because of the brusing I have pictures of the contusion but not the sidwalk infron of the store what do I do now? It happened in MN but I live in WI. 6 hours away...A very painful drive home.

Re: a Fall

You may have a case against the convenience store depending upon the facts of your injury. Whether you have a strong case depends upon liability but also the extent of your damages. I do not handle slip and fall cases; however, I can provide you with information about good slip and fall lawyers in Minnesota if you would like.

If you want me to do that, please send me an e-mail with your address, telephone number, and other information.

Thank you.
