Legal Question in Personal Injury in Minnesota

Injury

I bought a piano. One of the two people who helped me move it (the owner and her friend) injured her knees that she stated had needed to be operated on. She ended up going to the emergency room and has no insurance. She is holding her friend liable for the medical bills and wanted my name and number. I don't think that either of us are liable since she was told not to help and helped anyway. Can this person come after me for her medical bills?

Re: Injury

I would agree that the assumption of risk makes any liability unlikely.
