Legal Question in Personal Injury in Minnesota

no insurance

i was involved in a car accident i had no insurance the other driver was underinsured he went through a stop sign at 100 mph and was intoxicated he lost his life and now we dont have any clue where he was last drinking am i totally screwed. he had a max policy of 60,000 and the medical bills are well over that. please contact me asap and thank you very much

In most cases if you don't have insurance you would be limited to the insurance coverage of the negligent vehicle.

You should know that there are limits on the amount of time you have to bring a claim and with a death involved that time can be very short.
