Breaking an apartment lease

I have to move out of state due to a job change. Can I break my lease without penalty?

Probably not. Of course, I'd want to look at the lease and get all the facts before I offered a "final" opinion. Can you find a replacement tenant? Will your employer cover any of the expense?
