Contract for Deed

We sold a house on a contract for Deed. Tenant did not give a 30 day notice as stated in contract. Can we hold him liable for anything?

It is impossible to answer your question without reviewing the contract. However, as a general rule, if a thirty (30) day notice was required, you can seek payment for the thirty (30) day period i where the notice was not provided. It may, however, be more trouble than it is worth, since acquiring a judgement and receiving payment on that judgment are two very different things.
