Demanding items given be returned after 2 yrs

I was given a dining table and chairs 2 yrs ago when I moved into my current residence. I was told that if I did not want them they were going to the local dump. Now, 2 years later, the givers of said item are demanding that I return them. Do I return items or are they legally mine to keep?

A gift cannnot be revoked. You may retain them. If they try to take you to court, they would be required to prove that the items were not gifted.
