Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

Home is in forclosure, sherrif sale already occurred.

Who's responsibility is it to maintain the plumbing and heating of the home if I no longer live there? In these cold winter months the pipes could freeze, is there something more I should do?

I would recommend letting the mortgage company know that you have vacated the premises if you haven't done so already. They would most likely make sure the heat is turned on if it is currently off and they are aware of the fact the house is vacant.
