Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

i bought a house and had the inspection, now after living in the house the inspection was wrong. i recieved a 2nd inspection from the same inspector and we wouldnt have bought the house if we would have had this one. What can we do? and how?

There is nothing that can be done with respect to the seller. Whether the inspector has any liabilty may depend on a myriad of issues.
