real estate disclousers

seller did not disclose leaky basement but i found out that it does and did leak and the seller knew. what can i do?

You have some options here. Is there an arbitration provision in your contract? If so, I'm guessing it calls for arbitration with Construction Arbitration Services; that group has done a pretty good job of getting themselves into the residential sales contracts.

I have handled these types of cases before and have a pretty good feel for how to handle them. I actually think that this kind of thing is somewhat prevalent and will become more so.
