Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

Revert or Sign off form

What form can we use to sign off from our Mother's real estate? My Mother

put her real estate in her five adult children's names. We want to sign off, so

my Mother will be free to sell her home on her own, having all money going

to her. Would a simple letter, signed and dated and notarized be enough?

Thank you!

You need a stack of quit claim deeds. My fee: $100 each. I could record them if they need to be recorded, or you could just provide them to the closer if the sale of the home is close to closing.

You need to have each child (and spouse, if any) execute a quit claim deed to your mother. Each quit claim deed would need to be signed and notarized. We would charge a fee of $125.00 per quit claim deed (i.e. $625.00), plus the recording fee of $51 (i.e. $255)(estimated) per deed to complete the project.
