What are the tax consequences of obtaining real estate as an LLC via probate?

I am not sure I understand your question. The buyer does not normally pay income taxes on the purchase because there is no income to the buyer; there is only income to the seller. There could be other tax issues, though, that are no made clear in the question.

There are a host of other taxes consequences to address. For example, there will be real estate taxes, income taxes on any income derived from the land, and other issues. Many issues will depend on how the LLC is set up and other factors.
