My husband is trustee of his moms trust, he is one of 4 children that is in this trust. We have been taking care of he for almost 4 years,she lives with us. Someone told us that we were intitaled to more than 1/4 of the trust because of taking care of her is this true? Is there some law in Minnesota like that?

Read the trust document this trust should be established there may be a tax filing that is required you need to speak to an attorney to review these documents.
