Life insurance annuity

hello,

5 years ago my husband died at age 43. since then ive been a victum of identity theft, virtually loosing everything I own. my husband was misdiagnosed with asma and had heart disease. I settled out of court and part of it was set up in an anuity life insurance whom my attorney set up. I want to know if I can change it and how?
