Memorandum to a Living Trust or Last Will

Is a memorandum page that is attached to a Living Trust dated and initialed considered a legal document?

I'm not aware of any actual definition for the phrase "legal document." The term is frequently used, though. Depending on how you are using that phrase, I would say that it probably is a "legal document." In order to give a definitive answer, though, I'd want to know the context in which you are using that phrase.
