Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Minnesota

Will after death

The estate was settled after death five years ago.

Now another estate has left assets to this deceased.

Is the will still good after all this time? Thank you

Re: Will after death

Yes but an ancillary probate will probably have to opened. More information would have to be gathered to see if this is the situation or if there is some other alternative.

Re: Will after death

I would really like to take a look at that will, because most well prepared wills would have a provision somewhere providing for an alternative in the event that one of the beneficiaries predeceased.

My consult fee would be $100. My contact info is at http://www.kelly-law.com.
