Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Minnesota
We had Wills made out in the1960,s-for both husband and wife----leaving everything to each other--if both of us die at the same time-everything to be left to wife,s remaining children--husband has 4 grown children by former marriage--is this going to be binding-or do we need to update this

If the Wills were properly executed, they will be enforced based on the terms in the WIll. If they are outdated, they should be remade.
