Legal Question in Workers Comp in Minnesota

What Can I Do ??

I broke my back in 1999-uder Minnesota Workers Comp.I live in Tn.I have 25% disability to the body as a whole.Workers Comp sent me 7500.00 but not as a final settlement as I am still under a doctors care.I have restrictions as to what I can do-not sit, walk, ride or stand long.My bone hasn't healed and they don't think it will.I no longer work for the same company. As I can never do the things I used to do and this injury will always haunt me and evidently I can get no more money from Mn.Workers Comp.-can I sue the company I worked for ? It is so unfair to receive such a small ampunt of money when other people with less injuries get so much more.Thank you.

You probably have wage loss benefits and possibly rehabilitation benefits, such as job search assistance and/or retraining. I recommend you contact an attorney to discuss what benefits you may have available to you.

There is possibly a lot more to your case than the permanency rating. I think your case may have significant value. You will need to sue the insurer if you want additional benefits. I can help you. Feel free to call me @5076253000 or e-mail me.
