Legal Question in Workers Comp in Minnesota

Case File

I am electing to change my lawyer, I

need my case file for the new

attorney. Is it normal to charge 50

cents a sheet? They are copying the

file and it is 5 and a half inches thick.

I have most of the paper work, and

have given him some of mine to help

my case.

I wish I new the name of your old attorney but he/she is NOT allowed to charge you to copy your file. Your new attorney should know this rule. If you have any ongoing trouble give me a call and I will contact the attorney on your behalf. My email is [email protected]
