Legal Question in Workers Comp in Minnesota

Harsco (my employer) I will receive 60 % of my pay from worker comp. and Harsco would pay 40% BUT I receive disability from injuries reseved while in the army so Harsco will not pay the 40% which they owe me. What can I do.

Thank you for any help

There must be something missing. If you are injured in Minnesota, the workers compensation may pay you up to 66 2/3rds of you average weekly wage each week while you are totally disabled. There are exceptions. You must also be referring to a short or long term disability plan as well. Give me a call on Monday to discuss. 6514140678
