Legal Question in Workers Comp in Minnesota

Minnesota Workers Comp

After seeing several Dr's it was

determined I have a inopperable

chronic muscle strain. The company

I work for offered to find me a new

job within the company which was

great. But then the insurance

company decided to have a

independant medical eval. After

waiting a month for the results the

insurance has decided they wont

agree to a rehabilition consult or

mediation. what is my next step?

You need to file a rehab request -- or have an attorney file one for you.

Sounds like you need an attorney. You will need to sue the Insurer if you want any further benefits. I handle cases in Southern Minnesota. I am located in Mankato. If I am reasonably close, please feel free to call me to discuss your case.
