how can i have charges removed from my record after serving 18 months probation for burglary and larcony

Consult your local prosecutor. Chances are you're not going to be able to do so if you're an adult UNLESS the prosecutor agreed at sentencing to that condition.
IF that's the case, then you just need to file a motion and ask the court to do what has already been agreed.
