Well, the fact is that you've been charged and you have to deal with it as if there IS proof.

You can insist on your innocence all the way to jail, or you can hire a lawyer to defend you.

Either way, the fact that you've been charged means there is at least SOME proof, maybe not proof that you think will "stick," but proof nonetheless.
