Legal Question in Banking Law in Mississippi

Forgery
My ex husband & I still co own property in Mississippi. I just found out that he renewed the loan twice and had someone forge my name on the modification agreements. The bank is now threatening foreclosure, and I refuse to sign with him again. In light of the forgery, can they foreclose on my interest in this property?
