Legal Question in Business Law in Mississippi

My girl friend and I has started a business and I put everything in her name but I financed everything, now she's trying to take the business all for herself, the building is in her name and mine, what can I do to stop her from taking over this business ?

Was an LLC formed? What is the legal structure of the business? Has any documentation been filed with the Secretary of State's office? It could be you are in a partnership by default and have recourse. Contact an attorney
