Legal Question in Business Law in Mississippi

No Refund Policy on Item that is not what promised

I ordered a paper to be written from an online paper writting webpage. They promised the paper to be deliverd on the 10th, to be 13 pages and written on college level and well researched. The paper was three days late. Was very poorly written, not even coherent at times, with poor research. It was totally useless. I paid $205.00 for it and now the company won't refund saying they have a no refund policy. Do I have a case against them and could I take them to court or use the threat of legal action to get them to pay.

You will have to spend about $50 to sue in Mississippi Justice Court and possibly attend court. You will have to show the court that date of delivery was of the essence of the contract and that you did not accept the work. However, if the paper was to be used for committing a fraud in your college course, the Court will probably not give you any relief.
