A Fake Lawsuit

Are there lawyers in or out of Mississippi willing to appeal a case to the U.S. Supreme Court? Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Re: A Fake Lawsuit

There are many lawyers who would love to take the appropriate case to the Supreme Court, but your post leaves them no reason to contact you.

Chances are, if you have a case that's headed to the S.Ct., the lawyers will find YOU, because they've been watching the case work it's way up the ladder. Getting certiori to the S.Ct. is extremely difficult, outside of cases for which the Court MUST take jurisdiction.

If, however, you're talking about a case that's a "sure winner" and "I'll fight this to the United States Supreme Court," chances are most respectable lawyers will run screaming in the other direction.
