Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Mississippi

I am single and can only find part time work right now, but am still looking for more work. I can only pay my everyday bills along with my home's insurance and taxes while struggling to do that. I put my paid for home on the market at below market value but am not getting anything. What can credit card companies do to me if i cannot pay them anymore?

They can sue you and collect a Judgment which can be enforced by placing a lien on your wages (at least that part that exceeds the sum equal to 30 times minimum wage) and/or they can try to impress a lien on your property. You have exemption for your homestead that they cannot touch so you need to consult counsel to discuss exempt property rights.
