Can I be sued for a medical bill for my 23 year old married daughter?

She was added back to my insurance without my knowledge when Obama Care took effect and now they are saying that I am legally responsible even though I did not add her back to my insurance. My employer added her back without my consent or knowledge.

You can be sued, but probably would only be held liable if you agreed to be responsible for her medical bills during your daughter's intake.
