how long can some one be sentence for burglary charges?

This depends on what place was burglarized. If it was a business other than a church a period of seven (7) years. If it was with a deadly weapon a period of ten (10) years. If it was an occupied dwelling house from a minimum of three (3) years to twenty five (25) years.
