My old friend has gotten mad at me and now he's trying to say that his moms pressing charges on me for stealing from her car. I have never stolen anything especially from her he's just saying that to make me mad but anyway can I be arrested for this?

If there is a warrant sworn out for your arrest YES. However, you have defenses if you never truly stole anything. Also creating a false police report is a crime in and of itself
