Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi

A friend of mine lives in MS and was on probation for a previous felony. During his probabtionary period he was accused of selling drugs to a person that worked with him after the police pulled the person over and located the drugs on him. My friend was not near the area, it is only his previos employee's word against his, the previous employee was never charged with posession of the drugs; yey my friend has been indicted based only on that person's word against his. What are legal actions he can take?

HIRE COUNSEL AT ONCE. THIS WILL BE A CASE WHERE THEY WILL BE BRINGING IN THE GUY WHO GOT STOPPED AND MAKE HIM POINT THE FINGER AT YOUR FRIEND AND ACCUSE HIM OF BEING THE SOURCE. YOU CAN DEFEND BY BRINGING PEOPLE WHO KNOW YOUR FRIEND DOES NOT SELL DOPE AND/OR OTHERS WHO KNOW THE CO-WORKER IS A LIAR ON A FREQUENT BASIS.

TELL YOUR FRIEND TO HIRE A LAWYER IMMEDIATELY!
