being released and still have warrents instate

i had three charges in two different counties, and all was for false pretenses,on one charge i was sent to payback camp and while i was there i had a court date for the other charges,they wouldn't take me to court,i worked in the free worldat this time,the state released me on probation,and never said nothing to me about the other charges,now being out for a year, they set me a court date and never informed me of it.what can i do to get all three charges run concerent? and how do i get a governor's pardon? thanks w.b.

Whether or not sentences run concurrent or consecutively is generally within the discretion of the judge. Governor's pardons are considered by application and you can request the application from the governor's office. Given the nature of your charges, and how many there are, I believe you need to sit down with a lawyer and go over your options.
