Legal Question in Criminal Law in Mississippi

Surveillance and Extacy

Ok This question consists of me, the DEA and a narc. Supposidly this narc bought 100 hits of extacy from me then about 1 hour later the narc calls me ''DEA recorded this call'' The narc says I shorted him 5 hits of extacy and I say how many what are you talking about and the conversation continues with me not knowing what hes talking about. but now that I have a copy of the tape. the tape conveniently ends after i say how many so it sounds bad but you can tell thats not all of the conversation. Is there any way to get that tape excluded from evidence?

You wouldn't necessarily have to get it excluded. It's always better to reduce the number of rocks the prosecution will throw at you, but you have another option. Require that the "whole" tape be heard if it is admitted.
