Legal Question in Family Law in Mississippi

child custody

My daughter is 9 years old and visits her father every other weekend during school and every other week during the summer. Our most recent papers state that if he has alcohol anywhere around her then he loses all visitation rights. We know for a fact she is constantly around it but how do we prove it? What is sufficiet evidence in court?
