Father Rufuses to Give Back Child

I have full custody of my daughter. My ex-husband had her for the Easter holidays and now refuses to give her back to me. I wanted to know what I can do to have my daughter returned to me. He lives in MS and I reside in LA. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

Sounds like kidnapping to me. Check with your local district attorney.
