YOU WILL NEED TO GO GET THE CHANCERY COURT TO ADJUDICATE HIM TO BE EMANCIPATED DUE TO THE FACT HE HAS HIS OWN CHILD NOW. THAT IS AN "ADULT" ACTION WHICH WILL REMOVE HIM FROM THE CHILD SUPPORT CATEGORY IN MISSISSIPPI.
