Collection

I got judgment in another state but the person moved out of state before I can collect. Now he is a resident of

Mississippi, the judgment was in California.

Unless the judgment debtor has assets here, you will have to have the California judgment entered in Mississippi under the Sister State Judgment Act, or its equivalent in that state. Once that is done you can probably garnish the judgment debtor's wages or proceed against other assets.
