Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Mississippi

Damaged Vehicle
Good Morning,
My question is about my vehicle. I joined my husband in Jackson, Mississippi, where he was working on a job. This weekend our 2009 Mitsubishi Gallant was damaged while parked in the motel parking lot. What recource do we have ? Our insurance deductible is $500.00 . It appears the entire hood will have to be repaired and painted. The moter , Extended Stay bAmerica has signs on the property stating park at your own risk. Is there anything we can do to get the car repaired by the motel? I know the repair will cost over the deductable.\

No, this is not their responsibility unless you have evidence that one of their employees did it.
